An indictment for criminal attempt to entice a child for indecent purposes alleges that Dyar “made plans to pick the (victim) up after an athletic event and take him to a place for the purpose of indecent acts…”, but that meeting was thwarted when the student's aunt arrived. The indicements also accused Dyar of performing oral sex acts on one of the victims and fondling another, both in local parking lots.
